In the below video (see link), Easterbrook is claiming that NASA and NOAA have been altering historical climate data to create a record of temperatures lower in the past and higher closer to the present than actually measured, thus creating a hockey stick profile that dramatises global warming. For the pertinent remarks, refer to the part of his presentation stretching from time mark 13:28 to 18:10.
